Customer Relations Senior Specialist

Job Description

Responsible for providing after-sales support to all client activities in order meet and manage client expectations and to understand customer needs. The role holder continuously benchmarks URC’s customer experience journey and recommendations enhancements and improvements to enhance the customer journey.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred or Business Management OR Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Management, Sales, or a related field a suitable alternative.
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken), with priority on Arabic.
  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Specialist level architecture or interior design experience coupled with customer care expertise gained amongst a leading real estate development firm and/or highly relevant Real Estate company.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience creating and manipulating basic financial models.
  • Kuwaiti Nationals.

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about the projects.
  • Handle and resolve complaints.
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with existing customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling within the project.
  • Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for URC.
  • Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service URC is providing.
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
  • Maintaining a database of customer information.
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary.
  • Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve URC offerings.
  • Coordinate between special segment customers and the development department on the modifications requested on their units.
  • Create customers engagement initiatives under the supervision of the project marketing manager
