pioneering non-profit organization in Kuwait and the GCC region, dedicated to
bringing positive social behavioral change within Kuwait’s community, youth,
and workplace environments. Alnowair aims to equip as many people as possible
with evidence-based resources, tools, and strategies to ignite a positive
transformation in their lives and positively impact their wellbeing.
Through purposeful theatre, young people are equipped with
tools and provided with a platform to express themselves, develop essential
social-emotional skills, foster critical thinking, and cultivate empathy. The purposeful
theatre pillar’s initiatives will use the transformative power of Applied

At the end, Sheikha Bibi extended her gratitude and
commendation to the event organizers and those overseeing this initiative. She

and lauded the remarkable achievements of AlNowair team since its inception.
This success is evident in their exploration of the boundless potential of
young women and their proactive approach to addressing critical social issues.

an entire year. The program encompasses workshops tailored for female students
aged 14 to 25, delivered by skilled instructors in diverse fields. The focus of
this theater is to nurture leaders equipped with the competence to lead the
nation through their resilience, enlightened intellect, and unrestrained and
courageous voices.
From her side, Sheikha Intisar Al Sabah, Founder of
Alnowair, said: “At Alnowair, our dedication to empowering Kuwait's youth isn't
just a mission; it's our passion, and we meticulously assess every step of our
journey. Through our innovative approach of using purposeful theatre method
during capacity building workshops we aim to instill in youth vital life skills
such as understanding one’s emotions, expressing with confidence, developing
leadership abilities, and hone effective communication skills, all geared
toward creating a lasting impact. For me, this is more than a mere commitment;
it's a profound calling, and I hold unwavering belief in the exceptional
potential of our Kuwaiti youth.”
Alnowair aims to be an incubator for national programs that
help bring about a positive social behavioral change in Kuwait. Alnowair’s
purpose is to create, nurture and develop these programs that later turn into
initiatives on their own.

women and young individuals. In 2022, the company entered into a collaborative
